ReGenerate Fitness classes opened in Lincolnshire in 2018.  The classes offer a wide range of sessions to suit all abilities and are aimed at increasing aerobic fitness, flexibility, strength and balance for adults.  Seated and supported exercises are included, thus encouraging people with mobility issues to join in and experience the benefits. 

 ReGenerate Fitness classes also promote the forming of community networks, bringing people together in a welcoming and enjoyable environment. 

 
Sibsey Village Hall

Monday 10:30am - 11:30am: The Whole Shebang!
Dynamic, fun exercise set to popular music.
Strengthen, tone and rejuvenate with this upbeat, friendly group.
For the fit, the getting-fitter and the need-to-get-fit.
Exercises fully adaptable for those with mobility issues.

Thursday 6.30pm to 7.30pm: Piloga  
A flowing mix of Yoga and Pilates, standing, seated and 
mat based movements that increase flexibility and strength.
The art of getting fit in blissful tranquillity.


Sibsey Northlands

Thursday 10.00 -11.00am: Chair Yoga
For overall fitness and well being.
Reduce stress, build resilience and improve balance.
Suitable for everyone, particularly those with mobility issues.

Friday 10:00am - 11:00am: The Works
Seated and standing exercises for the over 50's
Improve your aerobic, balance, flexibility, strength.
