Mindfulness has been proven to change our brain and biology in positive ways by improving our physical and mental wellbeing.  If you are suffering from mental burnout, stress and anxiety or just looking for a fresh approach to help you flourish and evolve then why not consider personal coaching with this short mindfulness course, covering the four foundations of mindfulness.  The sessions will include exercises to improve focus,  mental resilience & self-awareness which will open up your ability to navigate  life in new, creative ways.

A dynamic vinyasa flow.  Using the breath to move between asanas, building strength and confidence, we cultivate an understanding of yoga as a philosophy and state of mind as well as being physically beneficial.

Intermediate level.

This is a mat based yoga class.
